The Hotel Warm Springs Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Warm Springs Village on Broad street. It features beautiful guest rooms furnished with unique antiques and Roosevelt furniture. The Honeymoon suite boosts a king size bed, suspended canopy, Queene Anne furniture and a large red heart shaped tub. All rooms have private baths, cable TV and separate heat and air. A "Southern Breakfast Feast" is served each morning to guests, including award-winning cheese grits.

During the Roosevelt era, the hotel hosted such guests as the King and Queen of Spain, the Queen of Mexico, President Sergio Osmena of the Philippines, Bette Davis, FDR's secret service men, the press, and a host of other import VIPs. The ice cream parlor, known as the Tuscawilla Soda Shop, was frequented by the President Roosevelt himself. Built in 1907, the architectural history of the Hotel Warm Springs has been preserved but with modern conveniences added.
